International Shipping

    • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at service@bestbargain.uk, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or using a work address.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • We cannot make changes or cancel orders once they have been shipped.
